Our Crème Brûlée with Duck Liver is a real success.
Delicate and tasty, this little verrine is perfect for a starter with the full-bodied taste of duck foie gras.
Served in individual 50g glasses, the texture of this crème brûlée is melting and slightly flavoured with truffle juice. It is an ideal starter for a small candlelit dinner and will surprise your guests during a meal with friends by its originality.

The Foies Gras used for this exclusive recipe have been rigorously selected among the producing farms of the South West. They are chosen for their beautiful colour, their suppleness and their size, all of which guarantee quality.
Like our other products, we cook our Crème Brûlée with Foie Gras with simple but well-chosen ingredients, in a traditional way, without any colouring or preservatives.
