It is true that there are many geese in our country!
There are not many of us, among the canners, who nowadays propose a Confit d'Oie, a recipe inherited from our grandmothers.
And yet, finer and more delicate than Duck Confit, Goose Confit is particularly appreciated by gourmets and lovers of authentic and natural flavours of the past.
The goose legs we use for this recipe are from the Périgord and have been chosen for their quality, which allows us to prepare a particularly tender and tasty quality dish!
They are cooked simply, with salt and pepper (and no nitrite salt), without colouring or preservatives, just as our mother taught us to cook them. And it is this recipe that makes the difference.
