Its unctuous (not grainy like fig chutney) and slightly sweet texture is the result of a slow and meticulous cooking. Our requirement concerning the scrupulous selection of the prunes we use is also the guarantee of quality of this condiment.
We do not add any colouring or preservatives to this product.
In this chutney, you will really feel the fruit whose very long and naturally sweetened reduction allows you to discover flavours of prunes that you did not know.
