The Bloc de Foie Gras has real assets: a homogeneous taste and texture with no apparent fat, enhanced by the powerful aromas of Duck Foie Gras. Our Bloc owes its success to its traditional recipe: composed of several reconstituted Foies Gras, labelled "Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest".
