Concours Agricole de Paris

Each year, our Foies Gras are awarded by the very famous Concours Agricole de Paris.

This year 2016, once again, we received a Silver Medal for our highly appreciated Whole Goose Foie Gras, preserved without colouring or preservatives, cooked naturally. With this new award, we have now won 39 medals at this prestigious competition in 18 years of participation.

Our great pride for 2015 is our 3 new medals obtained at the Concours Agricole de Paris. In 17 years of participation in the Concours Agricole de Paris, we have received 38 medals.

The Golden Palm of the Périgord

The Association Foie Gras du Périgord has awarded us several times the Palmes d'Or du Périgord in Sarlat, in particular in 2013, for Whole Goose Foie Gras.

National Foie Gras Competition

In October 2016, we received the Silver Medal for our Whole Goose Foie Gras, which is highly appreciated for its authentic taste and natural flavour. Our Foies Gras are cooked naturally, without colouring or preservatives.

We are also very proud of the Chevalier du Mérite medal which was awarded to Jeanne GROLIERE in 2001 by the Minister of Agriculture for her skills and talent.

Coup de Coeur 2016 of the Blind Tasting Awards of the Restaurant - Bar - Lounge "Dans le Noir" - Paris



Our Speciality of Duck Foie Gras Mi-cuit à la Crème de Marrons received in June the Coup de Coeur 2016 from the jury "Dans le Noir" Blind Tasting Awards". The concept of this restaurant - Bar - Lounge chain, located in Paris, is to allow its customers to taste products blind and to appreciate them only for their flavour.

This Foie Gras is, in fact, totally atypical due to its unctuous texture and the very sweet and original taste of the chestnut cream which is incorporated in a very balanced way.

We are the only Artisan Preservers in the Périgord to offer this exceptional and terribly tasty recipe, without colouring agents or preservatives.
