Duck Foie Gras

This "Extra" quality fresh Duck Foie Gras has a flawless colour and is very supple to the touch. It is the result of a draconian selection of Foie Gras from the South-West of France, calibrated to approximately 475g to ensure that the product does not melt during cooking.
