Foie Gras with Guérande salt

Our Foie Gras Speciality cooked with Guérande Salt is a different kind of Foie Gras. Cooked only with salt, it also exists in a version lacquered with a Pineau des Charentes jelly. Its extremely melting texture is packaged in a pretty 200g terrine.
