Our products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability of a product, our website will inform you of the delay in restocking. If you are interested in the product, you can ask to be informed by e-mail of its availability. When the product is back in stock, you will receive an information e-mail.

Our isothermal packaging for semi-cooked foie gras limits temperature variations during transport as much as possible.

Our carriers: GLS, Chronopost, So Colissimo and DB Schenker (for heavier packages or wine).

1 - Transport costs for shipments within France:

For individuals:

6,50 € including VAT for deliveries to parcel relays and offices.

At € 9.95 incl. VAT for home deliveries.

Free delivery from 160 € onwards.

For professionals :

Participation in the delivery costs: 20 € for an order amount equal to or greater than 400 € (excl. VAT) up to 800 € (excl. VAT)
The delivery costs are free for a minimum purchase amount of 800 € (excl. VAT).

For the 1st order, a minimum purchase amount of 800 € (excl. VAT) is required.

2 - Order processing times for Metropolitan France :

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being validated online.

Orders placed on Fridays after 11am, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched on Mondays.

We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Choice of delivery date :

You can choose your delivery date on our website by selecting it on the page dedicated to delivery (weekends and public holidays excluded). Saturday morning delivery only by TNT at home and in parcel relays.

Delivery times :

These times are indicated in working days, from the day of departure of the order, except for particular delivery problems, weather conditions or strikes.

24 hour express delivery:

By GLS 13 or Chronopost: delivery in 24 hours between 8am and 1pm for semi-cooked products, urgent orders (individuals and professionals) on :

- your place of work (excluding Saturdays): practical solution (no need to wait for delivery and fewer reception problems)

- in the parcel relay of your choice (this saves you waiting for your delivery - delivery possible on Saturday morning on request only),

- at your home (Saturday morning delivery possible on request only)

By DB Schenker Top18: 24-hour delivery between 8am and 6pm (excluding Saturdays) for heavy parcels with semi-cooked products, urgent orders (private and professional) on :

- your workplace (practical solution: no need to wait for delivery),

- at your home.

Classic 48/72h delivery:

By GLS at your home + or Colissimo: delivery in 48 hours (time not guaranteed): for canned goods (individuals and professionals) on :

- your place of work (excluding Saturdays): practical solution (no need to wait for delivery),

- in the parcel shop of your choice (this avoids waiting for your delivery - delivery possible on Saturday morning without guarantee of date),

- at your home (delivery possible on Saturday morning without guarantee of date).

By DB Schenker courier: delivery in 48 / 72 hours between 8am and 6pm (no guarantee, Saturdays excluded) for heavy parcels, (private and professional) on :

- your workplace (practical solution: no need to wait for delivery),

- at your home.

3 - Order processing times for foreign countries and French overseas departments and territories :

Foie Gras Grolière and its website foiegras-groliere.com reserves the right to refuse an order from a country where the political and economic situation has suddenly changed and does not allow the safe export of its goods.

For shipments abroad, the Foie Gras Grolière website automatically calculates the transport costs according to the weight of the package and the destination, before the order is validated.

We do not ship wine abroad.

Carriers to foreign countries :

For the countries of the European Union we ship with :

Chronopost 24-hour delivery between 8am and 6pm: for Express shipments (consisting of Foies Gras Mi-Cuits, dried duck breasts, fresh truffles: products packaged in isothermal packaging) to the following countries Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican.


Colissimo International: delivery between 3 and 5 working days for our canned goods.

DB Schenker courier: delivery between 3 and 6 working days for heavier packages of canned goods.

For DOM TOM and other foreign countries we ship with :

Colissimo International: delivery between 4 and 10 working days, depending on the geographical area for our canned goods.

Foie Gras Grolière is not responsible for delivery times that are not respected for carriers abroad. These delivery times are given as an indication and are not contractual.
At the time of delivery of the order, the risks incurred by the products received are transferred to the customer.

The recipient must check the correct number of packages and their good condition in the presence of the delivery person. If necessary, he will write the necessary remarks on the transport note before initialling it and confirming his reservations by registered letter within 48 hours to the company to be able to claim compensation. The absence of any reservation will cancel any claim.
If the delivery address registered on the site proves to be incorrect, the transport costs requiring the return and reshipment of the goods will be invoiced to the customer by the company.

VAT - Customs and import duties :

The regulations are set by the European Union.
Shipment to a European Union country: French VAT included.
Shipment outside the European Union: Any customs duties at destination are the responsibility of the customer.
These duties are not the responsibility of Foie Gras Grolière.
It is the customer's responsibility to check with the local authorities for any restrictions on importing the products before validating an order
