Our products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability of a product, our website will inform you of the delay in restocking. Our isothermal packaging for semi-cooked foie gras limits temperature variations during transport as much as possible.

1 - Transport costs for shipments within France:
For individuals:
From €10.95 including tax for shipping to DPD parcel pickup points and €11.95 including tax for shipping to DPD offices and homes.
Shipping costs €14.95 (including tax) for deliveries by Chrono: Fresh, pickup point, and home delivery.
Free shipping on orders over $179 including tax.
For professionals :
Shipping costs: €75 excl. tax for orders under €1,000 excl. tax (free shipping for orders over €1,000 excl. tax)
For first-time orders, a minimum purchase of €800 excl. tax is required.
2 - Order processing times for Metropolitan France :
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being validated online.
Orders placed on Fridays after 11am, Saturdays and Sundays are dispatched on Mondays.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Choice of delivery date :
You can choose your delivery date on our website by selecting it on the delivery page (excluding weekends and public holidays). Saturday morning delivery is only available with DPD and Chronopost to your home or a parcel collection point.
Delivery times :
These times are indicated in working days, from the day of departure of the order, except for particular delivery problems, weather conditions or strikes.

Foie Gras Grolière and its website foiegras-groliere.com reserves the right to refuse an order from a country where the political and economic situation has suddenly changed and does not allow the safe export of its goods.
For shipments abroad, the Foie Gras Grolière website automatically calculates the transport costs according to the weight of the package and the destination, before the order is validated.
We do not ship wine abroad.

Chronopost or DPD: Delivery within 24/48 hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.: for Express shipments (consisting of semi-cooked foie gras, dried duck breast, fresh truffles: products packaged in insulated packaging) to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Vatican City.
Colissimo International: delivery within 3 to 5 business days for shipments of our canned goods.
DB Schenker courier: delivery between 3 and 6 working days for heavier packages of canned goods.
For DOM TOM and other foreign countries we ship with :
Colissimo International or DPD: delivery between 4 and 10 business days, depending on the geographical area for shipments of our canned goods.
Foie Gras Grolière is not responsible for delivery times that are not respected for carriers abroad. These delivery times are given as an indication and are not contractual.
At the time of delivery of the order, the risks incurred by the products received are transferred to the customer.
The recipient must check the correct number of packages and their good condition in the presence of the delivery person. If necessary, he will write the necessary remarks on the transport note before initialling it and confirming his reservations by registered letter within 48 hours to the company to be able to claim compensation. The absence of any reservation will cancel any claim.
If the delivery address registered on the site proves to be incorrect, the transport costs requiring the return and reshipment of the goods will be invoiced to the customer by the company.
VAT - Customs and import duties :
Regulations are set by the European Union.
Shipping to a European Union country: French VAT included in the invoice.
Shipping outside the European Union: Any customs duties at the destination are the responsibility of the customer, particularly for the United Kingdom and the USA.
These duties are not the responsibility of Foie Gras Grolière.
It is the customer's responsibility to check with local authorities for any product import restrictions before confirming an order.
