Our Duck Liver Rillettes have found their place with those who were already conquered by the Duck Rillettes that we cook. They just have a little extra something and that little extra something is the Duck Liver, of course!
You will find in these rillettes, above all, the authentic flavour of the Rillettes of yesteryear: a beautiful rich and melting texture and an incomparable taste. But, above all, you will appreciate the large amount of Foie Gras that we add to it, 25%.
Following the traditional recipe, these rillettes are cooked simply and without colouring or preservatives: a little salt, pepper, lots of duck meat and Foie Gras! Particularly tasty, their texture is very unctuous and perfumed. The ducks that have been chosen for this production are all from the South West of France, carefully raised and fed.
It is this quality raw material that allows us to produce such a good product.
