The Terrine Campagnarde is a traditional recipe, full of authentic flavours. A mixture of pork livers enriched with tasty duck meat, lightly flavoured with Charentais Cognac.
This recipe is typical of our Périgord region and brings back to life the natural and simple flavours of a true Terrine de Campagne.
The duck meat used for this recipe brings finesse and sweetness to this recipe. We have selected quality pork livers and duck meat from the South-West of France to make this traditional pâté.
