This recipe is typical of our Périgord region and brings back to life the natural and simple flavours of a true Terrine de Campagne.
The duck meat used for this recipe brings finesse and sweetness to this recipe. We have selected quality pork livers and duck meat from the South-West of France to make this traditional pâté.
