Le Délice was named after the fact that it delights both young and old gourmets in search of authentic and tasty flavours. The pork meat we cook is lightly flavoured with Cognac.
This subtle terrine is available in 130g and 190g. It is ideal for a simple and tasty starter, to please young and old alike, or to offer a few gourmet slices at a picnic or an aperitif.
Generously endowed in its centre with a block of very aromatic duck foie gras, this pâté has a very tasty texture.
The raw materials used in this recipe have been rigorously selected for their quality, without which we could not cook such good products.
Our pâtés and terrines are, in fact, prepared according to traditional Périgord recipes, naturally, without colouring or preservatives, with the desire to always put the flavour of the product first.
The Duck Foies Gras chosen for this production all have a Canards à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest origin and label. They have been purchased from farms in the South-West for their colour, texture and suppleness, which are essential indicators in the choice of raw materials.

Pork meat coating 25% of Block of Duck Foie Gras with pieces (French origin), eggs, Cognac, pork gelatin, salt, pepper, sugar.
