This distillery produces many aperitifs, creams, liqueurs and alcohols from local or exotic fruits, berries, plants or spices, as well as mustards, oils and vinegars: all of them are tasty traditional or sometimes downright innovative blends.
Long weeks of maceration are necessary to extract from the dried fig its bouquet of sunny aromas, developed during the delicate drying process.
