Our Block of Duck Foie Gras is the star of our range. If it is the best-selling product, it is not by chance.
This Foie Gras has many trump cards up its sleeve: a beautiful, homogeneous and unctuous texture, due to a blend of quality Foies Gras, without any apparent fat.
The Duck Foie Gras, more present in the mouth than the Goose Foie Gras, gives it all its powerful and assertive character. Finally, its price is the most affordable of our entire range.
We cook all our foies gras according to the recipes of our Périgord region: salt, pepper and above all respect for the product. They are guaranteed without colouring agents or preservatives.
The Duck Foies Gras, which have been chosen for this recipe, all bear the label "Canard à foie Gras du sud-ouest" and come from selected farms. They have been carefully selected for their colour, texture and suppleness.
