Our semi-cooked Block of Duck Foie Gras has a particularity: it is made like a reconstituted Block of Duck Foie Gras but is cooked at a lower temperature, which gives it the status of semi-cooked Foie Gras.
It embodies the perfect marriage of the melting texture typical of semi-cooked Foie Gras and the authentic and powerful taste of Duck Foie, the whole offering a real presence of beautiful pieces of Duck Foie.
Its cooking at a lower temperature allows the Foie Gras to keep all its incomparable flavour, cooked in its heart.
Our semi-cooked Foies Gras are cooked naturally, with no added colouring or preservatives and a simple seasoning: salt and pepper.
On the other hand, we choose our Duck Livers with the greatest care, selected for their origin: from farms in the South West.
These ducks are raised and fed according to very precise and drastic specifications. This is why we can use the name Canards du Sud Ouest for our duck Foies Gras.
