La Terrine de Mamie is a block of duck foie gras surrounded by fine pork meat, flavoured with Cognac. Particularly loved by our young and old customers, this Périgord recipe was inspired by our Mum who passed on her secret to us. As she was a generous grandmother, this pâté is generous in authentic and delicate flavours.

Description:

La Terrine de Mamie is perfectly named because it offers us a comforting treat that reminds us of the traditional recipes of our grandmothers.

Composed of a block of Duck Foie Gras in its centre, it is generously coated with fine and fragrant pork meat. 

This pâté is composed of 17% Block of duck Foie Gras with pieces, which gives it a real Foie Gras taste and a particularly smooth texture. The raw materials used in this recipe have been rigorously selected.

Our products are cooked according to the authentic recipes of the Périgord, naturally, without colouring or preservatives, with the desire to highlight the flavour of the product.

The duck Foies Gras chosen for this production are all of the following origin: Ducks with Foie Gras from the South-West

They have been rigorously selected for their colour, texture and suppleness, all of which guarantee quality.
