Our Duck Terrine with Sauternes is one of our most appreciated terrines for the delicacy of its duck and pork meat and its aromas.
That's why offering it in a pack of 10 boxes plus 1 free of charge is an idea that our customers appreciate.
With its pronounced Sauternes flavour, it is one of our most subtle flavoured pâtés.
Particularly tasty, its texture is very smooth and fragrant.
This recipe is based on our traditional Périgord cuisine to which we have added a slightly more innovative and original flavour, that of the Sauternes wine, appellation d'Origine Contrôlée.
The ducks that were chosen for this production were carefully selected for their gustatory qualities and their origin Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest.
The rigour with which we choose our raw materials allows us to cook good products.
