At least we like them that way: that's why our duck breasts are simply cooked, slowly cooked in duck fat, without any colouring or preservatives: a little salt and pepper, the flavour of the duck is enough for itself!
Particularly soft and tender, the flesh of the sleeve located in the extension of the breast and corresponding to the wing of the duck, is generous and very tasty.
This meat, typical of our Périgord region, brings back the flavours of the past.
The ducks chosen for this recipe all have a "Canard à Foie Gras du Sud Ouest" origin. They have been carefully reared, fed and selected for the gustatory quality of their fleshy mantles.

Excellent product, very practical for cassoulet. The sleeve format, as opposed to the leg format, is impossible to find in stores. I find it much more practical as a side dish, when you want a smaller, individual portion that is easy to serve.
