The salad filling we have developed is a condensation of flavours thanks to the beautiful Goose Gizzards we use, the generous lardons and the fragrant walnuts we add to create this gourmet mix.
This well-balanced combination is a favourite with our customers, who like to incorporate it into their mixed salads, the best known being the Périgourdine salad, of course.
The raw materials that were chosen for this production were chosen for their gustatory quality and their origin, in particular concerning the goose gizzards that we scrupulously select.
The walnuts used in this recipe also come from our beautiful region as they are one of the jewels of our gastronomy.
