What we are trying to convey with our recipe is the authentic taste of rabbit, as we like it: cooked naturally.

Description:

The rabbit pâté, as we like to prepare it and offer it to you, is above all a natural pâté where the raw material is given pride of place. In this recipe, typical of the Périgord cuisine, we choose quality rabbits, tasty and with tender flesh.

We add pork meat, salt, pepper and a touch of Cognac to spice up the fine meat.

We don't use unnecessary tricks, we put the product first.

Particularly tasty, its texture is very smooth and fragrant.

You will enjoy the authentic taste of rabbit or simply discover it.
