Our House is the only one to offer you this variation of foie gras with original flavours. Indeed, the Duck Foie Gras and Duck Confit Marble is the perfect balance between the very rustic and full-bodied taste of the duck confit and the softness of the foie gras. Its low temperature cooking gives it a softness and allows the marriage of flavours to take full advantage.
We choose our duck livers according to their origin, which must be Canard du Sud-Ouest. These livers come from farms that respect precise specifications regarding the conditions of breeding and feeding of the ducks.
In order to respect the quality of the product and its flavour, we cook it in an artisanal way without adding any colouring or preservatives. Semi-cooked foie gras is cooked at a lower temperature. This allows it to retain all its aromas and smoothness.
It will please the most demanding amateurs.
