Thin, creamy and fragrant, this cream is particularly enhanced by the large quantity of chestnuts that we incorporate with a sweet and slightly woody taste: an original and tasty starter.

Description:

Our Cream of Duck with Monbazillac and Chestnuts is a delight with subtle flavours.

The chestnuts are skilfully blended to obtain a melting and creamy texture.

Particularly appreciated by discerning palates, this cream combines subtle and interesting flavours: the powerful taste of duck, the fruity sweetness of Monbazillac and the slightly sweet and woody taste of chestnut.

This recipe is the happy heritage of the typical Périgord region and the search for fine and delicate flavours.

The ducks that were chosen for this recipe were carefully selected for their Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest origin, of which they bear the label, just as the chestnuts that we cook come from the chestnut trees of our beautiful region and are selected for their great gustatory qualities.
