Description:
Our Magret stuffed with Duck Foie Gras is a real concentrate of aromas, both full-bodied (that of the Duck) and delicate thanks to the high proportion of Foie Gras it contains (minimum 25%). This duck breast is surrounded by a particularly aromatic jelly which gives it a nice smoothness.
All our recipes are directly inspired by our Périgord region and emphasise the respect of the product and the naturalness without colouring or preservatives. The Duck Foies Gras and the duck breasts chosen for this production all have an origin and a label "Canard du Sud-Ouest".
They have been carefully selected for their quality colour, texture and suppleness from ducks reared on approved farms.
