Filled with 20% Block of Duck Foie Gras, this quail is completely boneless. It is lightly flavoured with Cognac. Particularly tasty, its texture is very smooth and fragrant. This typical recipe from our Périgord region truly honours the quail and the Foie Gras, combined and cooked naturally.
The Duck Foies Gras chosen for this production all have a Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest origin and label. They have been carefully selected for their colour, texture and suppleness, very important criteria, which guarantee quality.
This product is available in a 130g tin and allows you to slice the quail in two parts in the middle.
