More fresh than cooked, this duck foie gras is only cooked by the salt.
This is why its texture is particularly unctuous and melting, with a very strong taste of duck and a delicious hint of Guérande salt.
This product is produced in a limited edition and only for a few months of the year.
The foies gras used for this exclusive recipe are rigorously selected from the producing farms in the South West. They are chosen for their colour, suppleness and size.
This Foie cuit au Sel de Guérande is cooked in an artisanal way and without any added colouring or preservatives: only Guérande salt and pepper.
