As every year, we participate in the Chambéry Fair from 7 to 17 September:

Jacky and Sylvie will welcome you to taste our specialities from the Périgord without colouring agents or preservatives.

During your visit, you will be able to discover all our creations such as Figs Stuffed with Duck Foie Gras and Pineau des Charentes, Trout Rillettes and Smoked Trout Butter, our Duck Foie Gras Specialties with Chestnut Creamor Duck Foie Gras Marbled with Confit.

 

All these original creations contribute to the reputation of our company, which is always more innovative and in search of exceptional flavours.

 

You will also be able to find your must-have products and our products recently awarded medals at the Paris Agricultural Competition 2018 such as:

the Half-Cooked Duck Foie Gras which won the Silver Medal, the Half-Cooked Goose Foie Gras which won the Bronze Medal and our succulent Foie Gras Rillettes (also Bronze Medal) but also our Whole Foies Gras and the irreplaceable"Enchaud du Périgord", Duck Confits...etc.
