Medals at the Concours Agricole 2018

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded again this year by the Concours Générale Agricole at the 2018 Paris Agricultural Show, bringing our total medal count to 43 in 19 years.

 

Indeed, we have obtained 3 new medals including :

 

1 Silver Medal for our semi-cooked Duck Foie Gras, renowned for its powerful aromas and melting,

 

1 Bronze Medal for the semi-cooked Goose Foie Gras, much appreciated for its finesse and smoothness,

 

1 Bronze Medal for our Rillettes with Duck Foie Gras, with full-bodied flavours and a gourmet texture.

 

Our products are guaranteed without colouring agents or preservatives and cooked from quality raw materials of French and Périgord origin, made from Goose and Duck Foies Gras rigorously selected for their beautiful yellow colour and supple texture.
