Autumn is here and, for once, we are going to meet you in different parts of France to prepare for the end-of-year festivities.

 

We will be happy to welcome you to the :

  • Salon du Chocolat de Paris : from October 30th to November 3rd. Our team will make you taste all our Perigord Specialities: Parc des Expositions - Porte de Versailles - Hall 4 - Stand A 19. You can contact the person in charge of the stand at 06 09 71 95 09.

 

  • Salon de la Gastronomie de Rennes: from 1st to 4th November. Francis will be delighted to meet you at the Parc des Expositions - Hall 5 - Aisle D - Stand n°26. You can contact him on 06 73 43 62 41.

 

  • Salon du Chocolat de Lyon: from 9th to 11th November - Cité Internationale - Stand n°41. You can contact our team on site at 06 09 71 95 09.

 

  • Salon des Envies Culinaires de Lille Grand Palais: Francis and Ascension will welcome you from November 8th to 11th (Stand in the central aisle - same location as last year). You can also contact them on 06 73 43 62 41.

 

  • Salon Gourmand de Rouen: Jacky will be present from 8 to 11 November at the Parc des Expositions : Hall 1 - Allée D - Stand N° 701. You can reach him on the spot at 06 74 65 01 52.

 

Our entire team is ready to help you discover our must-have stars such as our Duck Foies Gras (Gold Medal at the Concours Agricole Paris 2019) and Goose Foies Gras, semi-cooked or whole.

 

Our Whole Goose Foie Gras was awarded a Silver Medal at the Concours Agricole Paris 2019, but also the"Enchaud du Périgord", Duck Confits, Dried Magrets (Gold Medal at the Concours Agricole 2019) and of course our Special Christmas Gift Boxes and our selection of top-of-the-range Aquitaine Caviars from the Sturia and Perle Noire Houses.

 

You will also be able to taste our latest original creations: Figs stuffed with Duck Foie Gras and Pineau des Charentes, Trout Rillettes and Smoked Trout Butter, but also our latest sauces (Foie Gras, Raspberry and Balsamic Cream), whole candied figs, but also the Speciality Duck Foie Gras with Chestnut or the Marbled Half-Cooked Duck Foie Gras and Confit.

 

All these specialities contribute to the reputation of our company, which is always more innovative and in search of exceptional flavours without colouring agents or preservatives.
