Since last year, we offer you Caviar.

We have selected two companies renowned for the quality and origin of their products: Perle Noire located near us in the heart of the Périgord Noir and Sturia, near Bordeaux. Both are specialized in French Aquitaine Caviar and have very precise breeding, manufacturing and maturation processes.

Caviar, whether it comes in Prestige, Osciètre, Classique or Impertinent, thrills our taste buds but also inspires us with gourmet recipes, full of racy and original flavors.

So we offer you these two simple and very full-bodied recipes, inspired by the Perle Noire House.
