Our house duck gizzards are particularly popular for their tenderness and authentic flavor.
Until now, we only offered goose gizzards, but duck lovers convinced us to cook these beautiful gizzards as well.
We prepare them naturally, without any coloring, preservatives, or nitrite salt: they are simply cooked with duck fat, salt, and pepper!
Duck meat was selected for its origin and taste.
