Papillotte of Fois Gras

Cooking time: 10 minutes

 

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  • 600 grams of Duck Foie Gras, i.e. 3 terrines of Duck Foie Gras cooked with Guérande Salt (reduce the number of people by the same amount: each terrine represents 200 g of Duck Foie Gras: this product can be found on our website)
  • A sheet of aluminium foil

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 250°C (gas mark 8).

Cut the Foie Gras cooked with Guérande salt into 6 slices of one centimetre thick and set aside (do not season as this Foie is already seasoned).

Cut a sheet of aluminium foil into six pieces.

Place a slice of Foie Gras in the middle of each and close.

Put in the oven for 10 minutes.

Serve plain immediately.
