Palmes d'Or du Périgord - Duck Foie Gras Competition - Sorges Truffles

For the first time this year, Foies Gras Grolière participated in the The highly acclaimed competition for Truffled Goose and Duck Foies Gras organised on 27 January in Sorges (an essential gourmet stopover in the Périgord Vert on the route to Santiago de Compostela and considered the Truffle Capital).

 

This competition organised by the Association Foie Gras du Périgord, of which we are members, has just announced the winners of the 2019 edition of the competition #Foiegras of the #Périgordwhole truffle preserved Goose and Duck Palmes d'Or du Périgord : 


- in the Duck category: 1. Ferme de la Peyrasse, Famille Fayol (Sorges), 2. Foie gras Grolière (Le Bugue), 3. Vidal Foie gras (Cénac)

We are proud to have obtained the second prize of the Palmes de Or for our Truffled Duck Foie Gras, following the tasting of the Jury of gastronomes. second prize in the Palmes d'Or for our Truffled Duck Foie Gras.
