Salon Agriculture 2017: our medals
Dear Customers,
Last month, when we took part in the Concours Agricole National de Paris, two of our products won awards.
In fact, our dried duck breast and whole goose foie gras received two bronze medals.
These two products are also among our customers' favorites.
The dried duck breast we cook is renowned for its powerful flavor. It is salted in a very balanced way, which allows the unique and very fragrant taste of the duck breast to come through. We make it a point of honor to cook it naturally. We dry this duck breast long enough, but not too long, so that it remains tender.
Our Whole Goose Foie Gras is a real star. It wins awards every year at the Paris National Agricultural Show, the National Foie Gras Competition (Landes) and the Périgord de Sarlat Palmes d'Or Competition. Not a year goes by without it winning an award, and this success is no coincidence.
You will appreciate it for its delicacy and melt-in-the-mouth texture, which are characteristic of this foie gras, but also for its authentic taste. This foie gras comes from a Périgord goose and has been rigorously selected by us for its beautiful yellow color, softness, and size. To preserve all the flavor of this whole goose foie gras, we prepare it using traditional methods without adding any colorings or preservatives. A little salt and pepper, and the magic happens naturally.
During our upcoming participation in the Paris Fair from April 27 to May 8, we will be delighted to offer you a taste of these two specialties at one of our two stands.
