Sarlatan potatoes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

 

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 2 spoonfuls of goose fat (find this product on our website)
  • 2 gousses d’ail Persil Une boîte de Cèpes (retrouver ce produit sur notre site).
  • Salt and Pepper

 

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices, wash and dry them.

Peel the garlic cloves.

Melt the goose fat in a frying pan.

When the fat is hot, pour in the potato slices and cook for 15 minutes.

Stir regularly to brown the potatoes.

Chop the garlic and parsley and add to the potatoes.

Then pour in the porcini mushrooms after rinsing and draining them.

Continue cooking for about 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
