This cream is made with a simple seasoning and a generous amount of duck meat.
The ducks that have been chosen for this production have a Canard à Foie Gras du Sud Ouest origin.
They have been carefully selected for their quality, which allows for a balanced diet, and their origin, which allows us to create beautiful gourmet recipes.
