Our Duck Cream with Monbazillac and Chestnuts in a batch of 10 tins for a gift is a delicacy with subtle flavours. The chestnuts are skilfully blended to obtain a smooth and creamy texture, hence the name "Crème".
Particularly appreciated by discerning palates, this cream combines subtle and interesting flavours: the powerful taste of duck, the fruity sweetness of Monbazillac and the slightly sweet and woody taste of chestnut.
This recipe is the happy heritage of the typical Périgord region and the search for fine and delicate flavours.
The ducks that we have chosen for this recipe have been carefully selected for their origin "Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest" of which they carry the label, just as the chestnuts that we cook come from chestnut trees of our beautiful region and are selected for their great gustatory qualities.
