Our Rillettes de Canard have been appreciated for many years for their great taste and the generosity of their duck meat. It is for these qualities that they have been awarded medals for years at the Concours Agricole de Paris and received the Bronze Medal in 2015.
They are full of flavour and simply cooked, without colouring or preservatives: a little salt and pepper, the characteristic aroma of duck meat is enough for itself! Particularly tasty, their texture is very smooth and fragrant.

The ducks that have been chosen for this production are all from the Canard à foie Gras du Sud Ouest region. They have been carefully reared and fed according to very strict specifications, which makes it possible to obtain top quality duck meat and to produce a delicious recipe for Rillettes Made In Perigord.
