The Duck Foie Gras Mousse is, like the Foie Gras, one of the jewels of our House.

This Mousse is composed of 50% Duck Foie Gras, a very rare percentage for most of its congeners.
Its texture is unctuous, very homogeneous (without fat) and above all its taste of Duck Foie Gras is very present, which makes it a very aromatic Mousse. A real moment of pleasure!
In order to preserve all the gustatory qualities of the raw materials we select, we cook our products according to the traditional recipes of the Périgord, in the natural way: a little salt, pepper, no colouring or preservatives.
The Duck Foies Gras that have been chosen for this production are all of South-Western Duck Foie Gras origin thanks to their quality.
