The Trout Butter is very smooth, delicate and melting, yet very full-bodied.
The Rillette combines the authentic taste of a smoked trout, flavoured with dill and olive oil, according to our Chef's wishes.
The seasoning is simple, so that the quality raw materials we use remain authentic.
Butter and Rillettes de Truite create an explosion of flavours in the mouth to be spread generously.
The smoked trout used have been carefully selected for their quality (allowed by a balanced diet and their French origin).
