Our Duck Terrine with Sauternes is one of our most appreciated terrines for the delicacy of its meat and its aromas. With its pronounced Sauternes flavour, it is also one of our most subtly flavoured pâtés.
Particularly tasty and offered in a pretty individual jar, its texture is very smooth and fragrant.
This recipe is both from our traditional Périgord cuisine and on a classic pâté base to which we have added a slightly more innovative and original flavour.
The ducks chosen for this production have been carefully selected for their gustatory qualities and their origin "Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest".

Duck meat 47%, pork liver, eggs, milk, Sauternes 2%, pork gelatin, salt, sugar, pepper, sulphites.
