Particularly appreciated by discerning palates, this cream combines complex and refined flavours: the powerful taste of duck, the fruity sweetness of Monbazillac and the slightly sweet and woody taste of chestnut.
This recipe, presented in individual 70g jars, is the happy heritage of the typical Périgord region and the search for fine and delicate flavours.
The ducks that were chosen for this recipe were carefully selected for their Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest origin, of which they carry the label, just as the chestnuts that we cook come from chestnut trees in our beautiful region and are selected for their great gustatory qualities.
