Its salting is perfectly mastered, so as to make it full-bodied but tender.

Generously garnished with 30% of high quality Duck Foie Gras, this dried and stuffed Magret will delight lovers of authentic flavours

The duck breasts that have been chosen are from Canards du Sud-Ouest. They have been carefully selected for their quality and the way in which they have been fed and reared, according to precise specifications.

This product is guaranteed free of colouring agents, preservatives and nitrite salt.

It is thanks to our strict selection of raw materials that we can offer quality products such as this dried duck breast filled with Foie Gras, with a typical Périgord recipe.
