The "Buguois" is our favourite pâté, full of the flavours of our land of Bugue and its region of the Périgord Noir, with a beautiful unctuous texture. You can enjoy it as a starter, simply spread on a slice of bread. Made from pork and duck liver, it is lightly flavoured with Cognac.
This recipe is typically Périgordine and has been passed down from generation to generation.
Simply cooked, this pâté honours the authentic flavours of the past.
The duck livers that have been chosen for this production are all from the South West of France and have been carefully selected for their quality.
An unpretentious, low-priced but charming little pâté.
Ingredients:
Pork meat 60%, duck liver offcuts 20%, eggs, Cognac, pork gelatin, salt, pepper, sugar.
