Our Chestnut Terrine is a real anthology of the flavours of our Périgord region. If you like authentic and strong tasting pâtés with a texture enhanced by small pieces of beautiful chestnuts, then you will be totally seduced by this Terrine.
Particularly tasty, our recipe fully respects the taste of authenticity, natural flavours and the heritage of our land while being enhanced by the sweetness of the chestnut and its small sweet taste.
The ducks that have been chosen for this production have a Canard à Foie Gras du Sud Ouest origin.
They have been carefully selected for their quality, as well as the chestnuts from the chestnut trees of our beautiful region.
