Our Duck Terrine with Sauternes is one of our most appreciated terrines for the delicacy of its meat and its aromas. This Terrine is also one of our most subtle flavoured pâtés.

Particularly tasty, its texture is very smooth and fragrant. This recipe is based on our traditional Périgord cuisine to which we have added a slightly more innovative and original flavour.

The ducks that were chosen for this production were carefully selected for their gustatory qualities and their origin Canard à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest.

Ingredients:

Duck meat 47%, pork liver, eggs, milk, Sauternes 2%, pork gelatin, salt, sugar, pepper, sulphites.
