Our Duck Terrine with Cointreau is particularly tasty thanks to its very fragrant duck meat and the pork livers that are generously incorporated.

This terrine is very unctuous and full of flavour thanks to the gentle, slightly sweet accents of Cointreau, which gives this recipe a great deal of originality, even if the starting point is always, for us, the search for and enhancement of the traditional and authentic flavours of our land.

The duck meat used in the preparation of this terrine is of high quality (origin and label Canards du Sud-Ouest), chosen in particular for its flavour and tenderness which gives all the smoothness to this gourmet recipe.
