Our Duck Cream with Monbazillac is particularly renowned for its smoothness, the finesse of its texture but also and above all for its gustatory qualities marked by the powerful aromas of the duck and the delicate and fruity perfume of the Monbazillac wine, typical of our region of Dordogne.
You will really appreciate its soft and even slightly sweet aromas. This recipe combines, as our Chef tries to do regularly through his recipes, the tradition of our authentic and natural flavours with quite innovative and original perfumes.
This cream is made up of a simple and well thought-out seasoning and a generous amount of duck meat.
The ducks that have been chosen for this production have a Canard à Foie Gras origin from the South West. They have been carefully selected for their quality due to a balanced diet and their origin, which allows us to produce beautiful gourmet recipes.

Duck meat 40%, poultry liver, milk, eggs, potato starch, Monbazillac AOC 3%, lactoproteins, salt, sugar, pepper, sulphites.
