Our truffled duck liver pâté is the pâté made from foie gras and pork meat that we produce with the highest percentage and aroma of truffles.
It is made of 50% Block of Duck Foie Gras with pieces, which gives it a real Foie Gras taste and a particularly smooth texture.
All our raw materials are selected with the rigour that characterises us.
Our products are cooked according to the traditional recipes of the Périgord, naturally, without colouring or preservatives, always with the desire to highlight the flavour of the product above all.
The Duck Foies Gras chosen for this production all have the origin and appellation "Canards à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest".
They have been carefully selected from producers in the South West of France for their colour, texture and suppleness.
