If our company is renowned for its Foie Gras recipes in all their forms, it is also renowned for its Duck Foie Gras Mousse. Gastronomes who have tasted it will praise the gustatory merits of this product, which holds its own against certain Foies Gras.
Indeed, this Mousse is composed of 50% duck foie gras, a very rare percentage for some of its congeners.
Its texture is unctuous, very homogeneous (without fat) and above all its taste of Duck Foie Gras is very present which makes it a really aromatic Mousse. A real moment of pleasure!
In order to preserve all the gustatory qualities of the raw materials we select, we cook our products according to the traditional recipes of the Périgord, in the natural way: a little salt, pepper, no colouring or preservatives.
The Duck Foies Gras that have been chosen for this production have a "Canards à Foie Gras du Sud-Ouest" origin. They have been carefully selected from farms in the South West for their colour, texture and suppleness.
