This Trout Butter is particularly appreciated for its smoothness and especially for its full-bodied smoked trout flavour.
Its smooth and soft texture, similar to that of a delicate butter, is highlighted in a pretty individual glass jar.
This recipe combines, according to our Chef's wishes, the authentic taste of a very high quality Smoked Trout with the creamy and very tasty character of this Butter Spread.
The seasoning is simple so as to give full scope to the very pronounced flavours of these quality raw materials: the chef has not skimped on the quantities of trout and butter used so that this recipe is an explosion of flavours in the mouth, slightly enhanced by a little lemon flavour!
The smoked trout used have been carefully selected for their quality (allowed by a balanced diet and their French origin), as well as the butter, which allows us to offer you this beautiful gourmet recipe.
