Cooking it at a lower temperature preserves its full flavour and long, powerful aroma.
We cook our semi-cooked foies gras naturally, without adding any colouring or preservatives, with a simple seasoning: salt and pepper. We choose our duck foies gras with the greatest care from farms in the South West of France.
Sturia's Caviar Prestige is a caviar from Aquitaine, quite exceptional because of the firmness of its eggs of a very rare size (close to 4 mm) which roll on the palate while releasing iodized aromas and very long in the mouth.
